From my limited experience shopping for office space, it really varies by type (in ruko (multistory narrow building units) or high-rise tower), location, and other factors.  I'm assuming you're renting office space rather than purchasing a unit.

Ruko is a cheaper option (unless you rent a ruko which is intended to be a retail shop house with high foot traffic), ranging anywhere from Rp 25,000 / m2 / month to Rp 150,000 / m2 / month.

Tower office space is more expensive, ranging from Rp 100,000 / m2 / month to Rp 200,000++ / m2 / month in business districts near Jakarta city central.  Note that they often still charge expensive service fee on top of the rent fee.

Since office space often come unfurnished (sometimes in raw cement condition in tower office), you need to budget for renovation, easily taking hundreds of millions of rupiahs.

All the data here are only rough data.  The most accurate data is definitely obtained from doing survey first-hand.

Note:
- 1 m2 = 10.76 square feet
- 1 USD = around Rp 9300-9400 as of July 2012
